Talk Therapy & Lifestyle Changes
If you have arrived here due to life transitions, questions about identity, anxiety, depression, or interpersonal issues, I am happy to provide a warm, affirming approach. During talk therapy, I let you determine your own goals and priorities for sessions. I typically use psychodynamic therapy (exploration of the past and how it relates to the present) as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am also acutely aware of the systems that we live under and the additional stress that this can entail, particularly in a turbulent world. I am here to hold space for the ways that we as humans encounter our society, our relationships, and of course, ourselves.

Lastly, you might like to explore lifestyle changes and how they relate to mental health. For example, if you experience mood disorders, we will often discuss your circadian rhythm, sleep hygiene, and daily habits. We also may explore the relationship between seasons or menstrual cycle (if applicable) and mood.
Please reach out to schedule a consultation if you are drawn at all to my approach. I would love to learn more about you and to help you determine whether we would be a good fit!
